Terms of Use

  1. Users may only upload images that belong to them or that they have permission to use. Because Groovle is a free site with no login, there is a chance that others may be able to view images you upload to create your homepage.
  2. Groovle.com allows users to upload GIF, JPG or PNG files for the purpose of creating their custom homepages. No other formats are supported.
  3. Groovle was not intended to be a file hosting site; users should only upload images they wish to use as their custom homepages.
  4. Groovle.com users may not upload images containing material that is pornographic, racial, of religious hatred, copyright-infringing or that could be insulting to others. Violation of this term will result in the deletion of the infringing custom homepage and prosecution to the fullest. Groovle reserves the right to delete any image without warning. Anyone violating Groovle.com terms will be banned without prior notice.
  5. All user info is kept private, Groovle will not share user information with any third party agent without prior permission.

In cases where illegal images are found the right is reserved to share ip and user information with law enforcement agencies.
